Navajo Nation Office Killed

Navajo Nation officer killed.

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/03/12/navajo-nation-police-officer-shot-killed-responding-to-domestic-violence-call.html

New Mexico's Gov. statement of  "I'm confident the monster who took this brave officer from us will face the full measure of justice." Coming from someone that is looking at the government for support of LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers), I am very happy with the New Mexico Governor's stance on the hurting and attacking of the LEOs in her state or neighboring states, or LEO's in general

I believe that the heads of governing bodies have a massive role to play in supporting the local and other forms of law enforcement through out the country. The death of Officer Largo, 27, with 5 years on the force is a horrible tragedy. He was responding to a call for a domestic disturbance, which is one of the most dangerous and most common calls that law enforcement go on. Most people don't realize that domestic calls are extremely dangerous. The LEO is going into someone else's house who is already agitated. The suspects know the house much better than the officer ever will, along with the dispatcher, most of the times, doesn't have much information to transfer to the officer due.

What is the most tragic thing of this story is that sadly, Officer Largo will have his funeral, maybe flags hung at half mast in his home town or across the state. However, his number will be added to the much to long list of officers killed in action through out the years.

I hope that publishing this blog will help Officer Largo longer in more than just the heavy hearts of his loved ones and co-workers.

As always,

Stay Vigilant, Stay awake.
